Cannan Industries Pty Ltd Conditions of Sale.
1) Access to 240V AC power outlets for hand tools and adequate lighting will be available to installation crews.
2) An adequate area will be available adjacent to the installation area for storing of materials and assembly of rack components.
3) The installation shall be clear of other trades and obstructions with unimpeded access available at all times.
4) All normal site services will be available including; toilets, first-aid & washing facilities
5) The site should be clear of all obstructions (removed by others) prior to the commencement of our installation.
6) Installation work to be carried out during normal working hours and excludes work performed after hours, weekends or public holidays.
7) Quotation does not cover site specific EBA’s, site allowances, safety courses, special agreements, etc. If any apply, a variation to our price would be required.
8) Any additional man-hours incurred on site outside the direct influence of Cannan Industries or its subcontractors, e.g. waiting time, will be chargeable to the client.
9) The installation process shall be as-per our standard safe work method statement. Any additional site-specific working/safety requirements will incur additional charges.
10) quotation allows for installation to be carried out at ambient room temperature.
11) Temporary material storage will be at the customer’s expense unless prior
arrangements have been made.
12) Scheduling of work will be discussed at the time of order acceptance.
13) Cannan Industries provides a lifetime warranty against materials, workmanship and structural failures as standard.
14) Storage equipment must be inspected regularly for safety and, specifically, to identify any damage that may have occurred.
15) Provision of a QBCC Form 15 or QBCC Form 16 has not been allowed for in this proposal.

17) Quotation is valid for a period of 7 (seven) days from the quote date (Unless otherwise stated)
NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN TO SECURE MATERIALS OR LABOUR BEFORE DEPOSIT INVOICE IS PAID.
Practical completion of installation for the purpose of payment is defined as being that stage of the works where all specified equipment is installed, and a practical completion certificate issued. In addition to the terms quoted above, part payments may be requested for work completed should non-Cannan Industries delays prevent completion and subsequent eligibility for payment. This would be subject to discussion at the time of being requested, but in this event part payments will not be unreasonably withheld.
Property and title of the goods, which are the subject of this payment, will remain the property of Cannan Industries Pty Ltd until the invoice total shown is paid in full.
Cannan Industries reserves the right to retake possession of the items, which may require entering your premises if the payment terms are in default
